Have you received a delivery email, mobile notification, or tracking information that shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it? First, we apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured we will work with you to locate the order.
Here’s what to do:
First, verify the order was place with the correct address. You can check your original order confirmation email, the shipping confirmation email, or use our online tool to locate your order by clicking here.
Next, check outside. Your carrier may have left a notice of attempted delivery or left the package in an unexpected place such as your porch or garage. Is it possible someone else accepted the delivery? Check with other members of your household or neighbors to be sure. In rare cases a carrier may accidentally scan a package and mark it delivered before it actually arrives at your address the following day.
If that’s not the case it’s possible the carrier delivered the package to the wrong address. In this situation we will gladly contact the shipper on your behalf so that you don’t have to mess with waiting on hold. They will contact the driver that delivered your package to confirm it was left at the right address. Please provide us with the following information:
- A physical description of your house including color, whether it is a 1 or 2 story home, and any other traits that will help them determine if they delivered it to the correct address.
- A daytime phone number that they can call for more information
