RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Steelmade via e-mail at email@example.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
DO NOT RETURN USED ITEMS.
Steelmade provides a 30 day return window from the date of purchase where items in new and unused condition may be returned for a refund for any reason. For discretionary returns that are not a result of a Steelmade error, return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.
Refunds must be returned in their original packaging (excluding outer shipping box) with all included accessories or the order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
USED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
No returns or exchanges may be made after 30 days.
If your order arrived damaged you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
NOTE: Custom orders cannot be returned.
Returns must be received in original condition within 10 days of authorization of return. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or Steelmade Credit. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected by Steelmade Customer Service.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom orders.

PACKING YOUR RETURN
You are responsible for making sure the items being returned are well packaged. If the item you are returning has been used it must be clean and free of food particles before shipping. Poorly packaged items that result in damage or items returned uncleaned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must use the provided return label to ship your product. Please make sure that the packing list is included inside the box.

In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Back-ordered items will usually ship within 1 week once order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on back order. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.
