For discretionary returns that are not a result of a Steelmade error, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. When completing your return, you have two options for shipping your order back.
- You can use a pre-paid label generated automatically by our online return portal when creating your return request on our website. The shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the weight and dimensions of your shipment. If you would like to know what the return shipping cost will be prior to returning your order you can contact our customer support team and we will be happy to provide that information. These return shipping charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- You can choose to purchase your own return shipping from the carrier of your choice rather than use one of our prepaid labels. In this case no additional deductions will be made from your refund amount.
